The counter at Daxing airport is not open as it’s still undergoing maintenance. The contact person mail the metro cards to our hotel via express delivery that arrived on the morning when we checked into our hotel.

I was looking for a customized tour in Xi’an for my family, including my parents who are in their late 60s. We needed an English-speaking guide and a driver who could take us comfortably to all the places we wanted to see. Thanks to Charley and Stella, the planning process was smooth! They helped us arrange the itinerary and even booked our high-speed rail tickets.
Our driver, Mr. Li, was always on time and drove us safely to each location. The entire trip exceeded our expectations thanks to our English speaking tour guide, Helen. Her deep knowledge of Xi’an’s history and Chinese culture made every stop meaningful and exciting. She kept the trip fun, engaging, and full of wonderful moments.
Special shoutout to Helen! If anyone wants to truly learn about Chinese culture and the rich history of Xi’an, I highly recommend Helen!

First time trying this hotel and it was amazing. From the clean room, food, staff everything is great. It is a little far to the mall but you can ride a bike on the way there.

A small group tour English guide. Chelsea was an amazing tour guide. She's very knowledgeable about the rich history of Xi'an and China. She even recommended some places to visit and Xi'an speciality food to try. I didn't know that 1/2 day tour was with lunch included so it's a bit surprised when Chelsea straight away arranged halal food at a local muslim resto for me and my family after the first meeting! Thank you very much! Highly recommend this tour.

We started day early the bus picked us up in front of the hotel. The journey took about one hour and started with cable car to Mount Li then straight to Huaqing Palace. Afternoon lunch at Terracotta Warrior Museum then visit the Terracotta for 2 hours. Next to the Emperor Qinshihuang Museum then they send us back to Huaqing Palace for The Song of Everlasting Sorrow show at 630 pm. We booked middle seat. You have to pay for the kids if your kids want separate seats does not matter the age. While waiting we had dinner first at the mall in front of the palace. After the show ended, the bus waiting to send us back to the hotel. It was a good experience and organized well with the very helpful tourist guide. Good memory here 😊
