I visited Taman Safari with my family. The pickup time from downtown Jakarta was at 7:30 AM, and we departed right on time. Our guide was Shoimul Anwar. He was pleasant and kind. We received carrots for free, and bananas and watermelon were purchased separately. It took about two hours to get to the safari, and we immediately started the car safari. We fed the animals as we went, and it was a very enjoyable experience. Following our guide's instructions, we watched the elephant show, dolphin show, and pandas. It was too big of a place to see everything in one day. Thanks to our guide, we were able to finish the itinerary happily. Highly recommend!

It was a great trip! Gindo, our guide, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. He speaks good English and made everything easy and enjoyable for us.
Mr. Wise, our driver, was also very professional and familiar with the area. He drove safely and smoothly, which made us feel comfortable throughout the journey.
Overall, the trip was well organized and stress-free. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting — it’s definitely worth it! 😊

Our group of 5 enjoyed the one-day tour to White Crater in the Bandung area.
Although the round trip from Jakarta to Bandung took a long time, the traffic wasn't bad, so it was okay.
The vehicle we rode in was a very large car, so we were able to move comfortably with plenty of space.
Above all, the very large green tea field was the most impressive.
And thank you to our guide, Aisyah, for being so kind and making us feel comfortable.

Our tour guide Aisyah was really patient and made the trip stress free and seamless. The tour was able to accommodate my elderly grandmother (some stairs involved!) and Aisyah and our driver both looked out for everyone in the group. The train and minibus were very comfortable and clean as well. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this trip to anyone looking for a fun day out of Jakarta!

Leoni was exceptional as a tour guide. She provided meaningful insight at every location we visited, as well as valuable information about the country as a whole.
She was incredibly hospitable and kind—always looking out for us and making sure we got our money’s worth. The locations she took us to were beautiful and truly wholesome experiences.

Mr. Ahmad was an exceptional guide! From the very start, he was punctual, polite, and humble. He never rushed us, allowing us to fully enjoy every site. His knowledge of the historical sites was impressive, and he shared it in such an engaging way.
When it came to lunch, he went out of his way to find the best vegetarian place for me and my mom, showing genuine care for our preferences.
Overall, Mr. Ahmad went above and beyond, making our tour informative, comfortable, and memorable. We are so grateful for his professionalism, kindness, and thoughtfulness. Highly recommend him to anyone visiting the area!

It was a private tour with the guide, Desi. She was really outgoing and took care of our welfare. She took some the rides with us and helped us with our doubts. Really enjoyed the entire tour to see a less busy side of Indonesia

What an epic adventure!!!! Aisyah took great care of us & arranged EVERYTHING! She arrived at our hotel lobby promptly, arranged the taxis, & helped us navigate the whole process. We had an unusual experience because a storm came up suddenly & it wasn’t safe to return to Jakarta, so Aisyah arranged a large villa for us to spend the night , then we were able to get back to Jakarta safely in the morning! She handled everything with grace & professionalism. She took our pictures, answered all of our questions, even gave us souvenirs!!!! 10 out of 10!!

My tour guide's name was Aisyah, a young Muslim woman. She spoke English a bit fast for me, but I gradually got used to it after a while.
The highlight of the trip was the Istiqlal Mosque (Masjid Istiqlal), there were many scenic spots to photograph. The other attractions were more of a quick visit, just taking pictures from the outside.
During the night market tour, we ate two kinds of satay and also drank Turkish coffee.
Remember to bring your own water!
