I'm travelling alone. So, it's really important for me to have enough space - and a clean one, at that, to be able to relax from the tiresome travelling. The room had MORE than enough space. I love the interior as well. It was industrial, but it wasn't dark, and I love that. I don't drink coffee, but I'm sure Nespresso fans would be very pleased and impressed that it's complimentary. Staff was friendly and accommodating, too.

visited late Nov, very heavy snow that day. drive was comfortable. Had to wait 2 hrs in the snow for the 8am slot. was very crowed. driver told us to take a train back at our own expense coz she had to wait to bring back other guest. She dropped us at the krakow train station. Trip was definitely still worth it.

It is recommended to go to the concentration camp in the morning in the summer and go to the salt mine in the afternoon, which is less likely to cause heatstroke

our guide is very knowledgeable about the tour. but she sometimes speaks in a very low voice in some areas she cannot be heard. there are some areas that we were not able to see the exhibit bec we rushed thru, maybe bec of too many visitors. but overall itvwas very organized, solemnly presented. all the artifacts are well kept, the place is very well.kept. highly recommendef tour.

A very good tour. Our driver Matt was great, he drove safely en was always on time and always take great care of his group. The guide inside(forgot her name) was exellent with more then 20 years experience!
