Booking a tour for Mount Bromo is definitely worth it. Our guide, Rizky, was amazing and is a truly thoughtful and patient person. With his years of experience, he ensured we had the best viewing spot for the sunrise. He even went above and beyond by bringing a yoga mat for us to sit on and a blanket, which was much appreciated since it was surprisingly cold. I would recommend this tour 11/10. Cheers!

There's a website with more info of the actual itinerary and what to prepare after booking which was useful. Car is clean and guide is friendly. Booked 4D3N so not too rush. We were able to see the sunrise at Bromo & Ijen. Ijen was not too easy to climb, certain areas are steep. Also if you want to see both blue flames and sunrise you got hike fast. We didn't had time for blue flames but managed to get a good timelapse of sunrise. Local guide at Tumpak Sewu Waterfall directs you to all the photo spots and good at taking photos. He even managed to stitch up a short video with and background music for us in such a short time.

My driver Sunny has taken me to a lot of places with amazing view. He is punctual and he has arranged the trip very smoothly. A lot of background information of each location has also been mentioned during our ride. I am very grateful to have him to be my driver.

As my first solo trip,I was scared and doubtfull. The schedule somehow similar to the package,with some changes. Day 1: Tumpak Sewu Driver Andika was punctual and nice.Guide Widodo was helpful and good photographer!He stayed when I struggled climbing up. We stayed at Jamilah H’stay,far from town.The room wasn’t soundproof and the shared toilet was small. But the receptionist was very helpful. Day 2: Seruni Viewpoint Driver Frankie was friendly.We took a jeep near Seruni VP and had no guide, but everything went smoothly.Breakfast was prepared before continue to Kawah Ijen. Day 3: Kawah Ijen Our driver was skillful despite the long journey from Bromo.Hadi Homestay was spacious with better facilities.At 12:30 AM, we started the hike.Our guide Iqbal,was very helpful.Toughest hike,but he brought us to see the blue fire and lake without pressuring.We followed our own pace and made it! Going down,I took the “Lamborghini” for 500k—worth every penny! Tips: Stretch and warm up before hiking!

We booked a package with JVTO via Klook for our 3D2N adventure trip. Shoutout to Fredy and Fauzi for always accommodating to us; from entertaining our nonsense/requests and also for always making us break into laughter with their fresh set of jokes. We are really grateful and thankful to have them as our guide and driver. They make this trip a really stress- free, enjoyable and a memorable one. Our trip to Mount Bromo and Tumpak Sewu was incredible. We were blessed with a clear, full view of Bromo at sunrise. Just a heads-up: the hikes are much steeper than expected! The trek down to Tumpak Sewu involves very narrow, high stairs, but the waterfall is worth every bit of effort. Our guide and driver, Sunny, was amazing—patient, friendly, and kept us comfortable the entire time. Regarding accommodation, we were moved from Artha Cottage to Harmoni Guest House. It was a nice substitution, especially with the stunning view of the Semeru volcano. Highly recommended for anyone up for a bit of a climb!

if you have one whole extra day in Surabaya, this is the best package. we went with 4 team member (including me) and the tour guide, Andrea pickup and drop us from our hotel. Andrea also very knowledgeable on history and local issue so its not just a visit but we also learn about Mount Bromo. I highly recommend this package... no wonder its a Klook choice

Nabil, our sweet and kind tour guide, has made it an amazing trip for us to Bromo and Madakirapura Waterfall! Overall the trip was very well-organised. The time spent on each activity was precisely calculated, allowing us to have enough time to catch a break after each eventful adventure. Nabil took care of everything. After a light meal before sunrise he guided us to a spot where most people would have missed, giving us the advantage of having a clear view of bromo at dawn. He was also very thoughtful, providing us with cushions while waiting. The view was spectacular and breathtaking, absolutely worth the wait. Nabil was loquacious and knowledgeable, a decent quality for a tour guide, about the history and culture of each spot, telling us interesting stories and explaining things in detail. He also helped us to take a lot of nice pictures, making our journey even more memorable. He’s a friend of us now!
