Everything was great. They arrived on time and the staff were very communicative to chat. It was very easy because they picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel. The only challenge I had is that they trouble with speaking in English, so it's a bit hard to communicate.

Thanks to you, I had a comfortable trip from my accommodation in Ninh Binh to my accommodation in Hanoi. Overall, you transfer twice—hotel pickup to company arrival, then arrival at the destination to hotel drop-off—but it's very convenient. Thank you.

they have a pickup service from your hotel in tam coc to bring you to the office for you to wait for your bus. you will be informed of the bus plate so you know which bus to board. went with the 9.30pm from ninh binh to sapa and arrived about 6am. they had 2-3 stops in between for your toilet break. managed to sleep the whole way comfortably so this is worth trying out! water and towel is provided. you can charge your phone too. unfortunately the tv wasn’t working. you would have to remove your shoes with a plastic given before going on board. overall enjoyed this experience and would try it again!

We took the Chapa Express from Sapa to Hanoi Railway Station and then continued our journey directly from Hanoi to Ninh Binh by train. Train tickets can only be purchased online one month in advance. We tried searching for the 8:00 AM train on the official railway website, but couldn’t find any tickets available. However, we found the same train on the Klook app, so we decided to book it through Klook instead. The price difference was very small, and we also received a free 1GB eSIM, which was perfect for our trip in Vietnam. The redemption process was very convenient. We simply showed the QR code from the Klook app to the staff and were allowed to enter. The only confusing part was finding the correct platform at Hanoi Railway Station. It took us a little while, but we eventually found it. Another useful tip: Hanoi Railway Station has luggage lockers, so you can leave your luggage there if you need to travel around without carrying your bags.

I booked the tour and they dropped us off at the places we were going to visit. There were three stops in total. We paid the entrance fees ourselves in cash, which seems to be the case with many tours from what I’ve seen. I think it was more than enough. We were lucky to catch these destinations at a beautiful time of the day and in the right season.

He asked about our preferred pace and proactively helped us adjust our sightseeing schedule, allowing us ample time to take photos by the mountains, rivers, and lakes. He drove steadily and carefully. There were no hidden fees or sales pitches throughout the entire journey. Compared to finding a random taxi on the street, this option was both more affordable and reassuring. If you want to explore Ninh Binh comfortably, you definitely need to choose this service!

This company is truly excellent. Even though there were only three of us, they provided such a large bus, which was very spacious and comfortable. The only minor drawback was that it drove a bit slowly; we departed at 7 AM and didn't arrive until 11 AM. However, if you're not in a hurry, it's very comfortable, and the seats recline for sleeping. If you need to catch a cruise between 11:20 AM and 11:40 AM, you'll still make it, as the drop-off is right at the pier. The driver was also excellent, a perfect score!
