Honestly I would highly recommend. I was contacted by Sally in the beginning for the customisation. Took a very long time and multiple edits to the itinerary before I was finally happy with it (She was so patient about it and suggested me so many different routes). Then quoted for it. After I paid on the Klook app, they opened a WeChat group with many many agents there. When it was nearing, they ask for our information. Throughout the whole tour, there is one agent who sends me important information & next-day itinerary every night. Gave me information of each attraction I visited, tips and everything. Really very attentive. Also, big applaud for our driver 张世毅师傅 (he was basically half tour guide too) for bringing us around to eat nice local specialties. Took the time to introduce and explain to us lots of local cultures too. Tried to fulfill all our requests. Even recommended us more things to do and eat even after our tour ended. Car was really comfortable as well. Had a great time!

The tour is interesting, you can discover a lot of places to walk around and take photos. The transfer was very comfortable and the driver was very friendly and attentive. It's a self-guided tour, so you build your own route, which was an advantage for us, as we could adapt the route according to our interests. We tried to see the Miao dance but didn't because the performance schedule wasn't clear. But overall we liked it, very beautiful scenery and very tasty food.

Mr. Wang, the tour guide, is very polite and responsible. Tour guide Wang's service was very attentive, and he took great care of our two friends from Hong Kong. The introduction was excellent, friendly and kind. I can recommend friends to participate. This service experience was great. Thank you, Little Wang.

easy to buy tickets in advance, and easy to exchange tickets, the only thing is you don’t what exact seat number you get. it will be better if they can provide seat plan, and we can choose the seats.

Everything was well thought out and service was excellent. Tour guide was knowledgeable and was kind enough to buy me fruits and snacks. No complaints. I hope to use your service again in the future.

The room cleanliness was slightly lacking, for example, the toilet made strange noises and the toilet paper holder was not sturdy. Also, the soundproofing wasn't great, possibly due to the low floor. However, the service at the Chinese restaurant was excellent, and they even provided a fruit platter. I would suggest a non-smoking policy in the lobby bar, as it's not family-friendly otherwise.
