There are many car models to choose from, but there's only one staff member, so you might need a little patience when it's busy. Although they check the car before you take it, ours ran out of battery after just two minutes. 😂 The staff member helped us switch to another car and restarted the timer. Besides the plaza below, you can also drive up to the plaza in front of the library, which is great for kids to experience driving. Some car models even allow adults to ride along (though my dad said his knees were exploding with pain, only my short mom could squeeze in). Overall, the experience was pretty good, so why only four stars? Mainly because of the price. It's a bit higher than similar services elsewhere, and the green car actually doesn't run for 30 minutes; some of the faster ones only last about 25 minutes.

Honestly, the price of this place, combined with the convenience and value for money offered through the Klook platform, is great! After making the bank transfer, I replied with the last five digits of my account as required, but still received a system message stating, "Your reservation will be canceled if payment is not received." When I proactively reached out, the customer service representative not only failed to actively investigate but also shirked responsibility, even fabricating illogical technical excuses like "you didn't receive subsequent messages because a previous message was canceled." Even if I didn't receive it, couldn't they have called me? I even called the main store myself, and they said they would confirm and get back to me, but they never did. Instead, they kept sending payment reminder messages. In the end, they didn't even apologize. Their handling of the situation was infuriating and disrespectful. If I hadn't already paid the deposit, I would have definitely asked for a refund and not gone! [On-site Experience: 4/5] The overall experience was smooth. Although the instructors were a bit aloof, it was generally okay. However, if a movement wasn't done correctly, they only gave verbal reminders and didn't offer immediate assistance, so I wasn't sure who they were talking to. In fact, another group of customers helped me. The crafting process was fun and simple, and there were even snacks provided afterward. The indoor area had a lot of dust, which allergy sufferers should be aware of. [After-sales Service: 5/5] Later, I discovered that due to the ring's design, the finished ring size would be a bit large. It could be resized for free within 7 days, and the on-site staff were professional and friendly.

Although the journey was long and bumpy, I really appreciate the tour guide, Qiang Qiang, for taking us hiking for two days and driving us back to Taipei for several hours! The hike wasn't too difficult, and this itinerary is very friendly for hiking beginners who like to explore nature. Although we didn't see the cherry blossoms in full bloom, the scenery along the way was worth remembering. Immersed in the mountains surrounding Smangus, a Tayal tribe village located deep in the mountains has its own culture and way of life, which is the purity and tranquility that cannot be seen in the city. The children of Xinguang Elementary School riding bicycles on the only small road left a deep impression on me. The grandma at Yaya Homestay kept urging us to eat well because it was cold in the mountains, as if she was treating her own grandchildren, and she actively offered more food. This human touch makes people feel warm. I would want to go back again, and it's worth recommending!

Amazing day experience to Smangus Village and hiking in he forest. Saw some cherry trees and some amazing nature landscapes. Our driver Chen Wei was amazing and very friendly. I also enjoyed the ride to get there and back as it was mountains and twirly.

Across the street is Qingcao Lake, which is also nice to visit. 😄 The hotel has a heated waterslide pool, 😀 a ball pit, 😄 a kids' play area, ❤️ electric ride-on cars, 😃 and a nude hot spring, among other amenities. 👍 This really feels like a great place for adults to relax and kids to burn off energy. 😍😍😍 I'll let you in on a little secret: 💏 In the morning, there's also a breakfast party where you can take photos with cute mascots! 👏👏👏

Located near Hsinchu Chenghuang Temple, the hotel offers B2 flat parking and B3 mechanical parking. There are very few flat parking spaces, and the driveway is narrow, so extra caution is needed when driving in and out. Although the hotel is older, it's clear they put effort into its maintenance. It's about a 10-minute walk to Big City, which is a convenient location, and the breakfast is quite substantial.

Amazing! The room was much more spacious than I expected, with a clean and minimalist design. The entire sofa set was very relaxing! The front desk staff were very friendly and helped me carry my luggage upstairs! Breakfast: The taste was good, but unfortunately, there were limited options. Hotel location: In the bustling district! Cleanliness: The room was very clean, which is commendable!

Staying here again, I noticed the hotel's new renovations and ongoing improvements, which are commendable! From Hsinchu Train Station, go straight on Zhongzheng Road for about 6 minutes, pass the roundabout, and continue straight. When you see Zhongyang Road, turn right, and you've arrived. The location is superb! If you turn right and go straight on Zhongyang Road, which is right in front of the hotel, you can reach Hsinchu BigCity and Far Eastern SOGO. If you turn left and go straight, you can get to Dongmen Market, Central Market, and the bustling Hsinchu City God Temple commercial district. It's incredibly convenient for transportation, enjoying traditional famous snacks, and shopping. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring a washlet toilet, a separate shower and bathtub with safety grab bars, and eye-friendly reading lights on both sides of the bed. The bed and pillows are clean and soft, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The room was very spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, there aren't many attractions nearby, so it's not ideal for a two-day visit. Guests receive a discount at the buffet, and breakfast the next day is served at the same restaurant (though the menu is quite different, of course). Both meals were delicious and very filling. There's Central Park nearby for walks and some evening activities. The in-room TV offers movies, but there's no internet connection.
