Transport in Pattaya

The bus going back and forth to Pattaya was definitely worth it. I’m really glad we booked ahead of time, especially since it was the Pattaya Fireworks Festival and a lot of people weren’t able to get tickets anymore. Booking early was such a good decision! The whole experience was smooth—the bus was on time, seats were assigned, and everything felt organized. It made the trip so much more convenient and stress-free. Highly recommended!

The van arrived just on time. It was a top notch comfortable van. The driver helped us with the luggage and also was quite polite to take a short loo break and upon arriving in Pattaya we got lost with the google maps malfunction and still he did a complete round about until we found the location. definitely looking ahead to rebook once back in Bangkok.

​The Good: The service itself was excellent. Despite heavy rain, the driver was professional, drove very safely, and was incredibly helpful with our heavy baggage. The car was exactly as described—clean and comfortable. ​The Catch: The pre-trip communication needs improvement. I didn't receive the driver’s details automatically; I had to email the supplier myself to confirm. I finally received the information only 35 minutes before the pickup. ​Verdict: Great execution, but the booking process was a bit stressful due to the late communication.

The driver was on time! We booked our departure for 6:15 AM, but the driver arrived at 6:00 AM and was willing to wait for us. We departed at 6:05 AM and arrived in Pattaya at 8:00 AM, followed the itinerary we created, and returned to Bangkok at 6:00 PM. It was a very enjoyable trip.

Booking tickets through Klook is very convenient with clear redemption instructions. Because my flight arrived early, I went to the counter and paid an additional 50 Thai Baht to change to an earlier bus. I still had time, so I had a little something to eat at the inexpensive Food Court in the airport for the first time. The 1:30 pm bus had a meeting time 15 minutes prior to departure. The large bus was new, spacious, and comfortable, but the air conditioning was very cold, so remember to bring a jacket. Each person was given a bottle of water. We arrived at the Hua Hin RCC bus station in about 3.5 hours, and it was raining heavily when we got off the bus. The bus company offered a Mini Van service for an additional 100 Thai Baht per person to take us and our luggage directly to our Hua Hin hotel. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it. Tomorrow, I will book my return ticket to Bangkok Airport through Klook again.

Driver was very accommodating, courteous and we felt really safe with him as he also always kept a lookout for us. Pattaya is a must visit when you are in Thailand so many experiences and attractions that you can only find there!

transfer was easy, they came to hotel for pickup and drove us to pier, we took boat there and then we got a mini bus to Bangkok

I spotted the Klook representative at the designated airport location. After I spoke to them, they asked me to wait for about 10 minutes. Once the taxi arrived, the ride to the hotel was smooth and easy.

overall a good experience. Driver was waiting at out hotel lobby 15min before our scheduled meeting time. Driver could speak very minimal English, but this is stated in your contract and its fine. We managed to communicate easily using the Google translate app, its no a problem
