Things to do in Fujinomiya

The weather wasn't perfect, but being able to see Mount Fuji in person made the tour worthwhile. There were slightly disappointing moments due to the clouds, but Mount Fuji peeking through them was just... iconic. No words needed. What I liked most was that our guide, Ara Jeon, took amazing photos. She knew the angles and suggested natural poses, so even though I went alone, I was completely satisfied with the results. I definitely got some photos of a lifetime. If the weather had been a bit better, it would have been even more perfect, but considering that even that is part of the journey, it was a pretty memorable day. If you're thinking about a Mount Fuji tour, I recommend just going instead of worrying, "What if I don't see it?"

A wonderful journey! Keiko and Wang both took such great care of us and taught us all the amazing things related to Mt Fuji. They were kind enough to make an extra stop just so we could take clear pictures of the mountain !!! A breathtaking experience summed up :)

The Mt. Fuji and Hakone tour was an amazing experience, though it did feel a bit short since it was only one day. I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t take pictures at the Torii gate because of the long queue, but overall, we had a fantastic time. The winter scenery was beautiful, and I was fortunate enough to see the breathtaking Mt. Fuji again for the second time. Our guide, Jack from GogoDay travel service, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He made sure to take our photos, answer all our questions, and shared tons of valuable insights about each destination. We would love to tour with him again in the future.

My family and I greatly enjoyed the experience. It's a perfect and comfortable way to see several major tourist sites around Mount Fuji. We decided to wait until the last moment to book our excursion to be sure we had good weather, and it was a success! It was very pleasant to alternate between moments of rest on the bus and phases of discovering shrines, natural sites, or typical villages. We appreciated being able to enjoy different original modes of transport (cable car and boat). The guide taught us a lot of things, he is friendly and very attentive to his customers. He does a remarkable job. Be careful for people who can get sick in transport, there is a lot of road in the mountains. The only point that could be improved in our opinion would be to stop at a viewpoint better placed on the last lake of the day in order to be able to take a beautiful photo with the reflection of Mount Fuji.

Guide Mizki is a very good guide who explains things very well. He explained things kindly and spoke accurately, making it easy to listen to. The visiting course gave appropriate time to allow enough time to walk around and take pictures. Guide Mizki guided us well when returning from the course. He explained the history and places while traveling by bus, and his explanation in English was very easy to listen to and good English.

Our guide picked us up in Tokyo after 7 am, and the day's tour was pretty well-organized. The best part was definitely the amazing view of Mount Fuji from Lake Kawaguchiko. Oishi Park on the north shore, where they were holding their biggest Herb Festival, is the perfect spot to see Fuji. The classic summer view there is the mountain reflected in the lake, surrounded by lavender fields. It's a beautiful picture. Fuji looks great in photos on a sunny day, but I think it's even more spectacular in winter with snow. I'd love to just come back and enjoy that view quietly sometime.

I was worried about the weather, but it wasn't too cold and it was great. I could see Mount Fuji from the beginning to the end of the day, so I was busy taking pictures everywhere I went. Our guide, Won Yang, took a lot of family photos for us, and gave us fun explanations and sightseeing tips everywhere we went. He also made reservations for us in advance so we didn't have to worry about what to eat nearby, and he spoke Korean so well that we had a comfortable tour. Our guide speaks many languages and is awesome. Thank you :)

For someone that comes from Singapore and has never seen snow or Ski before, this was the best experience I have ever had yet so far! Fujiyama ski resort is about 2hours away from Shinjuku and even though it’s a small ski world, you will appreciate it if you come from a hot country like myself! Everything about the services were amazing, the coaches are very detailed when conducting the training and would ensure that we at least know how to ski and stop before letting us roam around ourselves. The weather up at Fujiyama is also perfect, not super cold for anyone wondering, but cool enough to have a blast experience! Lastly, the timing given for us felt plenty, after training and lunch, we still have about 2.5hours left to ourselves, more than enough to take some photos and enjoy the scenery. If you are in Tokyo and would like to step out of the city for a day, this is the perfect day plan for you! :D
