Kanazawa, Shirakawago, Hida Takayama 2 Days Bus Tour from Osaka

This is our favorite tour of all. firstly the travel was smooth and comfortable we get to see so many beautiful spots. we enjoyed even the bus stop are fun. Shirakawago was breathtaking. We stayed in Kanoya Korakuen a japanese ryokan hotel that feels like home it is warm and peaceful. We had the bountyful dinner and breakfast. The hotel staffs are very polite and friendly. Japanese are the best in service. We had a short tour of ominicho market where we had lunch before we head to the hotel but to warn you the dinner at hotel is a lot! so you may want to take it easy when you have lunch in Ominicho. My favorite is the tour guide he is so kind and polite. he help took most of our pictures. he tried his best to speak english in a very cute way he made the tour more enjoyable. we highly recommend this trip.

The Japanese tour guide is funny and humorous. He has prepared a map so that everyone can travel freely. There is enough time for free activities so that you will not be rushed. The environment of the hot spring hotel is good. The scenery of the lake is good. The weather is good and you can see the stars and the sunrise. The food is of good quality and style. Rich, Gassho Village is really beautiful. The content of the itinerary is highly recommended. The only thing to note is that it is a long drive from Osaka to Ishikawa. Most of the time, I will take the left-hand bus. If I go again, I may choose Nagoya to start!

Firstly, I fully understand that this was a local Japanese tour. It was stated that foreign tourists would be provided with a pocket translator, which was not the case. I know that both my mum and I were the minority in the tour group. Due to a communication breakdown at the first stop, we made the whole group wait for us. The tour guide informed me that we would stop at the first stop for 2 hours and 20 minutes, but this was a misunderstanding. She meant 2:20 PM. Until someone from the tour office called us to return to the bus. Since that incident, we were worried we might misunderstand the stop timings as they kept changing. Upon returning, we were supposed to be dropped off at our meeting point, but we were instead stopped at a train station without being informed. The actual meeting point was supposed to be near my hotel, but we had to take a train back to the hotel. I don't want to write a negative review, but this is to manage the expectations of foreign tourists who wish to join the tour. I hope the tour company can improve this aspect.

Highly recommeded for this tour. The tour guide merchant very proffesional. They will contact traveller before trip. Strongly recommeded to join this tour. They will try any way to guide travaller understood instruction.Very very good. This is the best trip I get from Klook compare other trip.

The overall itinerary was good and the price was favorable. The only slight drawback was that the hot spring hotel was a little far away, which made the driving time longer.

I am so disappointed that this tour was cancelled prior to the schedule date but I understand the reasons why it was cancelled due to safety, but what is more disappointing is the fact that klook did not recognize that this tour was cancelled and did not process my refund despite several notices and follow ups, klook should have close monitoring of its accredited local operators, it should not only concern with bookings but also with refund for cancelled tours. To date I am still waiting update from Klook about my refund. I hope the organizer and Klook will able to fix this issue the soonest. For the meantime avoid this tour.
