The hotel front desk staff also seemed familiar with the service; when I mentioned I was using Bellugg, they assisted me immediately. After booking, I didn't need any special preparation. I booked in advance to have my luggage delivered from the airport to the hotel. Since I arrived early in the morning, I was able to move around freely without my luggage. The drop-off location was easy to find on the fourth floor with the green elephant sign, and the woman at the reception desk was very kind. The sidewalks around the hotel weren't in great condition, and there were a lot of stairs to use the train, so this service was a lifesaver. For my return flight, I booked the delivery the day before, left my suitcase at the hotel front desk while we went sightseeing, and they picked it up from the hotel by noon and it arrived at the airport by 5:00 PM. The tracking service gave me peace of mind and allowed me to move around freely. I will definitely use the luggage delivery service again next time.

Very convenient! Just leave your luggage in the hotel lobby before the specified time on the check-out day and take a picture of your luggage for Bellugg! You can pick it up again when you get to the airport!

Fast transaction. Tracking number was supposed to be emailed 5 mins after. They did not weigh, but my bag is within limit. Best to coordinate with recipient (hotel); they took photos of the confirmed hotel booking. Saved 50% from Klook tier membership.

I had my luggage transported from a hotel in Bangkok to Don Mueang Airport. I was so relieved to find this company as it was the only one I could find. We communicated via email or LINE, which was reassuring. After leaving my luggage at the hotel, I received a message on LINE reminding me to attach a name tag to my bag. I assume they inform the hotel beforehand, but it’s a good idea to attach a name tag or room number. (I forgot to do it myself. The luggage that was returned had a Bellugg tag on it.)
