I stayed at Anantara Riverside Hotel, and I was truly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, the team greeted me warmly and made me feel at home. The front desk staff were attentive and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make dining a delightful experience. What stood out most was the staff’s consistent friendliness and willingness to help.

All staff were friendly and helpful. The boat shuttles to Icon SIAM and Sathorn Pier were especially convenient. I will definitely stay again at Anantara or AVANI+ on my next trip to Bangkok.
