It is my first time to use the airport luggage delivery service. After purchasing with Klook, the operator will send a confirmation letter to the guest's email, asking the guest to confirm the reply and informing the meeting point that the meeting point is "Immigration Gate No. 5" of Don Mueang Airport. Since my name was written incorrectly It was so bad that I couldn't find the driver, so I sent an urgent message to ask the operator about it. Fortunately, the problem was solved quickly and the luggage was delivered to the hotel safely~

I traveled from Bangkok to the hotel, so I left my luggage when I was sightseeing and went back to the hotel to find my luggage and moved to another hotel. We used cheaply with 1 + 1 promotion. I was a little worried but it's nice to be able to move my luggage so easily. I was worried about sending and receiving emails in English, but the answers came right away. I applied for the day when I went to the airport but I think I can get it well.

As soon as you arrive at the airport and find the delivery counter, the counter staff will ask which hotel and +line to contact the luggage to the hotel and you will be notified of the excellent service.

Highly recommend if you want to eat a million servings of frustration!!! I had to get to the airport, but I had to wait outside in the dusty and hot environment for 30 minutes. The driver had already arrived and kept telling me to take pictures and send them. Even after sending pictures, they said the same thing. The usage fee isn't cheap, but the service was poor. I will buy too many things every time I go abroad, and I ’m really tired when I return to the airport. Since I found that there is luggage checked in to the airport, not only can I save a lot of effort and time by spending a small fee, but I will use it so many times , Rest assured!

It is quite convenient to send your luggage directly from the hotel to the airport, and the pickup and arrival are quite on time. However, you need to arrive at the airport promptly, otherwise you will be charged a waiting fee if you are late to pick up the luggage.

It was very quick and easy to communicate by email. I was worried about using it for the first time but it is very comfortable. But if you send me the photos you picked up later, I'll be less worried. I picked it up well. I was a little worried that I picked up both messages. Of course I did well
