good. driver was very nice & car was very clean. happy with the service. we even booked a car back to ferry directly from them @ 450k for 4pax! we even had during on our way back as we requested!

Mr. suhar is always efficient.. I didn't get this service at the date I'm supposed to be catered because of departure time changes at the last moment. and Understand the policy.. this not refundable so didn't get my money back. but what is the good thing in got the operator contact and deal with him for car charter around bintan whenever I needed with a reasonable and negotiable price.

Adrian is very polite, patient and helpful in all aspects: itinerary scheduling/rescheduling, recommendations for places to eat/visit/take photos...etc.
