Absolutely fantastic experience !! Our driver, Mr Ali, was a joy to be with !! He was really accommodating & an expert navigator !! We had last minute requests to add on the itinerary (additional charge which we dont mind ofcourse) & he knew how to get there and gave us the right information as well !! The desert, blue lake even had a professional photographer included in the package so our pictures turned out great !! The honey & coffee picking was short but fruitful especially for coffee lovers like us !! Tasted authentic coffee & learnt a lot from them !! Overall, this package is soo worth it !! Would love to have Mr Ali as our driver again if we happen to come back !! 🙏🏽

The Bintan Desert and Blue Lake tour was an amazing experience! The golden sand dunes paired with the clear blue lake created a breathtaking and serene landscape. Our guide, Daddy, was incredibly warm and attentive, providing thorough and thoughtful service throughout the trip. The itinerary was well-planned and comfortable, and he even took us to try authentic, fresh local seafood, which was delicious and truly authentic. This was my first trip to Bintan Island. It was a day trip from Singapore. I was looking for a day trip tour, and I found the perfect one. Being picked up from the ferry terminal upon arrival was the most reassuring thing. Of course, I was also very satisfied with the tour content. There was a mangrove tour, a desert and blue lake, and lunch included in the original tour, but the guide was quick-witted and suggested things like a safari, coffee, a first honey farm, and a massage. I had a very fulfilling day. I could ask him anything about the island. He even accompanied me on the safari and took pictures. You probably won't find a guide with such a service-oriented attitude very often. I made the right choice in joining this tour without hesitation. Thank you very much.

Went for this tour and found out more about coffee and stingless bee farm in Bintan. Do take note that only the coffee plantation and the desert entrance fee is included in this tour. Please do go and try the ATV and shooting range as it is really fun or else the tour will end really quickly in order to make use of your time in Bintan!

What a pleasant day it was meeting our tour guide, Ah Long. He is a local Chinese guide who speaks excellent Mandarin. Patient, polite, punctual, and very knowledgeable, he even brought us to enjoy a delicious and affordable local lunch. We had a great time and truly enjoyed our trip with Ah Long.

We had a wonderful time on the Blue Lake and Mangrove tour in Bintan! Our driver, Atong, was punctual, polite, and seemed to know everyone everywhere he went. He was also very thoughtful — offering us umbrellas under the scorching hot sun. Our mangrove guide, Eddy, was fantastic! He was entertaining, knowledgeable, and had an incredibly sharp eye — spotting wildlife from far away that we would’ve easily missed. After the mangrove tour, Atong brought us to the Blue Lake. Theres a photographer who helped us to take a few photos with his camera and shortly after the photos were kindly airdropped to us at no additional cost. We also opted for the additional $12 lunch — definitely worth it! The spread was generous, tasty, and just the right portion, though we still ended up with quite a bit of leftover food. The trip ended with a short stop at the souvenir shop. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable experience — highly recommended!

Good experience. The scenery in the lake is very nice. Absolutely great for instagram. The host is nice and punctual. The dinner is good. I add on additional seafood dishes beside the one in the package as the seafood is low price. Highly recommended.

Everything was well-organized, safe, and comfortable. The highlight for me was the snorkeling trip. The guide brought us to a beautiful spot with clear water and so many colorful fish. The staff over there use their GoPro record video & take photos of you under the sea. Kayak is free 👍🏻The private tour setup made the whole experience more relaxed — no rushing, just enjoying everything at our own pace. if i could give more than 5 stars i would!!!! we booked this service at 11am and the service reached out to us saying they would pick us up at 11.30am instead because it was raining and we appreciated that!! even when Mr Alief came to pick us up, the rain wouldn't stop. when we reached to blue lake, it was still raining very heavily and he drove us to a store first so we could take shelter. after we were done shopping it was still raining and we wanted to go to a cafe so he looked up one and drove us there and told us we could wait here until the rain went away and it didnt go away until like 2.30pm so we really appreciated how accomodating he was!! even when we reached blue lake, he was very patient with my friend and i going around taking pictures for long that we only got back to hotel around 5pm!! totally recommend this tour!! service is top notch. we really were so happy with how he accomodated to our requests and helped us make our trip memorable.
