[Mountain House Festival] Transportation Guide

1. By Public Transportation

• TRA: Hsinchu TRA Station to transfer to a branch line local train to Zhuzhong Station to transfer to the Neiwan Line to Neiwan Station.

• HSR: Hsinchu HSR Station to walk to Liujia Station to take the TRA to Zhuzhong Station to transfer to the Neiwan Line to Neiwan Station.

Upon arrival at Neiwan Station, please walk to the parking lot of “Neiwan Yuanlou Hakka Restaurant” to take the Mountain House Festival shuttle bus. (https://maps.app.goo.gl/cgytxoh5xfAo6Uco6?g_st=ic)

2. By Car

• With a pre-purchased Mountain House Festival parking permit: Please follow the pre-trip instructions and the guidance of on-site staff to park directly at the designated parking areas around the Mountain House Festival.

• Without a pre-purchased Mountain House Festival parking permit: Please park your vehicle in the paid parking lots around Neiwan Old Street (expenses at your own discretion), then walk to the parking lot of “Neiwan Yuanlou Hakka Restaurant” to transfer to the Mountain House Festival shuttle bus.

3. Mountain House Festival Shuttle Bus Information

Route: Neiwan Yuanlou Hakka Restaurant to Leisada Basi Campground (approx. 30 minutes one-way trip)

• Outbound (Neiwan Yuanlou to Mountain House Festival) First bus: 11:00 Last bus: 18:00

Friendly Reminder: The last northbound train from Neiwan TRA Station is at 22:47. Passengers returning by public transportation must take the shuttle bus early to avoid missing the last train!

Pre-trip Reminders

  • Environmental Protection for the Mountains: To promote environmental protection, the venue discourages the use of plastic tableware. It is recommended to bring your own eco-friendly tableware, reusable cups, and water bottles to jointly protect the mountains.
  • Personal Hygiene: Toilets do not provide toilet paper; please bring your own.
  • Weather Preparation: The weather in the mountains is unpredictable. If the weather forecast is unfavorable, it is recommended to bring rain gear for emergencies. (Convenience level: lightweight raincoat > folding umbrella > long-handled umbrella)
  • Warm Clothing: The temperature difference in the mountains is significant, so please prepare warm clothing. "Onion-style" dressing (shed layers when hot, add layers when cold) is recommended to avoid catching a cold.
  • Course Check-in: Visitors who have reserved mind-body-spirit courses should check in at the designated "Spiritual Energy Field" 10 minutes before the course and queue for entry. Latecomers will not be waited for, and walk-in visitors will be allowed to fill vacant spots.
  • Transportation and Parking: This event has a dedicated parking area. Visitors driving their own cars should purchase a parking permit when buying tickets and park according to on-site instructions. The event venue, "Reshadabas Campground," does not provide parking for visitors.
  • Shuttle Bus Information: Friends attending the "2026 Mountain House Festival," whether driving themselves or taking public transportation, must transfer to a shuttle bus from the "designated shuttle point" to the event venue. Please pay attention to official announcements for detailed shuttle point locations and schedules. (To be updated)
  • Equipment Recommendation: The venue is mostly a natural environment, so please wear your dirtiest, most comfortable shoes to play.

Refund and Change Policy

  • The date of ticket refund request is based on the "application submission date." Tickets cannot be refunded within 15 days (including the 15th day) before the event. A 10% service fee of the ticket price will be deducted for refunds.
  • All related refund and change procedures will be handled according to KLOOK platform regulations.

Ticketing Information

  • Wristband Identification: This event is one person, one ticket. Please have your e-ticket (QR CODE) ready for entry. After exchanging for a wristband at the entrance, you may enter. After entry, wristband identification will be used exclusively. During the event, please wear your wristband at all times. It is strictly forbidden to remove, exchange, or resell it to others. If anyone is found without a purchased ticket, holding a non-current day ticket, or not wearing a wristband, they will be required to purchase a full-price ticket.
  • Admission Gift Distribution: Valid ticket holders will receive one limited admission gift. Please redeem it at the "Entrance Check-in Counter." Each ticket is limited to one redemption. Gifts are distributed randomly, and no selection is provided. Redemption will not be accepted after the event ends. Visitors from the same order must arrive simultaneously to exchange for wristbands.
  • Preservation Notice: Please carefully preserve your admission wristband. In case of loss, damage, or inability to identify, no replacement will be issued, nor will any proof be accepted for entry or re-issuance of tickets.
  • Official Channels: The organizer is not responsible for the authenticity of event tickets purchased through non-KLOOK official channels. The organizer has the right to prohibit any fake ticket holders from entering. Please do not purchase tickets from unknown sources. If fake tickets are found to be sold, the matter will be reported to the police for legal action.

Prohibited Items

  • Food and Drink Restrictions: This event prohibits bringing any food or drinks (including beverages, alcohol, and outside food), with the exception of baby food. Those found with such items must consume them outside the venue before entry. There will be food and drink stalls within the venue.
  • No Smoking Zone: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited throughout the entire area except in designated smoking areas. Those who repeatedly disregard this rule will be asked to leave the venue by the organizer and will not be refunded.
  • Dangerous Items: This event prohibits bringing any kind of firearms, knives, clubs, metal objects, glass containers, firecrackers, fireworks, and other dangerous items.
  • Controlled Substances: This event strictly prohibits bringing, using, or trading any controlled substances. Those found will be reported to the police.
  • Equipment Restrictions: Due to venue limitations and safety considerations, guests are prohibited from bringing skateboards, scooters, roller skates, bicycles, remote-controlled aircraft (including drones), remote-controlled cars, balance bikes, kites, long flagpoles, laser pointers, and other similar items.

Pet Regulations

  • Only non-aggressive and harmless pets are allowed.
  • To maintain venue safety and the rights of others, pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier/pet stroller at all times, except in designated pet-specific areas and occasions.
  • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up pet waste to maintain venue cleanliness.
  • Except in designated pet-specific areas and occasions, the organizer reserves the right to judge whether a pet is suitable for entry. If a pet exhibits aggressive behavior, excessive barking that disrupts the event, or if the owner violates the aforementioned rules, the organizer has the right to ask the owner to remove the pet from the current event area.

  • Commercial Restrictions: Except for official organizer stalls and contracted partners, audience members are not allowed to conduct transactions or distribute any promotional materials within the venue. The organizer may force violators to leave the venue and will not be required to refund ticket fees.
  • Portrait Rights Usage Statement: The ticket purchaser agrees and authorizes the "2026 Mountain House Festival Phgup" event to photograph, use, modify, retouch, and publicly display their portrait (including photos and video images, hereinafter referred to as "portrait"), name, voice, etc., in works taken during this event. The purchaser agrees that the "2026 Mountain House Festival Phgup" event shall have full copyright over the aforementioned works (including the authorized portrait, name, voice, etc.) and that its affiliates, assignees, licensees, and successors may use the purchaser's portrait, name, voice, etc., in all forms of creative media and platforms.
