(1) Silk Road Lunch Buffet: Xi’an – Levant – Turkey (July 27- Aug 2, Aug 24-30, Sept 21-25) Follow an ancient caravan route of spices, grills and slow‑cooked comforts across Xi’an, Central Asia and the Middle East where vibrant bazaars lured in weary travellers for centuries!
Hand‑pulled Biang Biang noodles and Lanzhou beef noodle soup anchor the experience, alongside aromatic lamb, kebabs and Xinjiang big plate chicken. Meanwhile, Persian‑spiced roast lamb, za’atar flatbreads and rose‑scented desserts round out a bold, exotic spread that’s rich, warming and endlessly intriguing.

I'd been wanting to try the dinner buffet at Yamm ever since I saw a YouTuber review it, so when I found a discount on Klook, I booked a table right away. All the food was delicious. The abalone and fish maw were tender and flavorful. They even had scallops for sashimi, which is quite rare. The cold appetizer selection was extensive, featuring lobster, bread crab, crab legs, razor clams, lobster claws, clams, mussels, snails, and more. The wagyu claypot rice, wagyu sukiyaki, and roast beef were all excellent. The char siu was lean yet juicy, and the Peking duck was also tasty. They offered grilled prawns, tempura, and foie gras toast. The dessert variety was impressive; you could even add red beans to your tofu pudding, which looked and tasted great. There was a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including juices, self-serve iced and hot lemon tea, coffee, and a coffee machine for various coffee drinks. The ice cream was individual cups of Häagen-Dazs. I wanted to go back for more of so many dishes, but my stomach was already full. I haven't had such a delicious buffet in a long time. The restaurant was well-staffed, plates were cleared quickly, and each food counter had dedicated personnel, so no one person was serving multiple counters. Food was refilled promptly, so there was no rush to grab items before they ran out, allowing us to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. Full marks!
The Wednesday buffet lunch had over 85% occupancy, showing its popularity. The Bak Kut Teh had just the right balance of flavor, with tender meat and pork that was firm yet not greasy. There were four types of sashimi, including white fish sashimi, which is less common and very fresh. The desserts were exquisite. There was also tofu pudding, papaya and white fungus sweet soup, and four flavors of Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The buy-one-get-one-free price was definitely a great deal!
The environment is spacious and comfortable. There's a wide variety of fresh chilled seafood, though the sashimi was just average. The cooked food was excellent with many choices. The dessert selection was a bit limited and nothing special. Overall, both the drinks and the hot and cold food were of high quality. The staff were very friendly and cleared plates quickly. For the price, the quality is definitely worth it, and I would choose this place again for a friend's birthday.
Better than I expected. The time might have been a bit short, but the food quality and ambiance were truly excellent. They even surprised me with a small birthday cake. Such a thoughtful gesture really made the birthday feel extra special. The seafood selection wasn't extensive, but it was incredibly fresh, and there was beef among the cooked dishes. The Lanzhou noodles were the best; the chef did a fantastic job. The durian-themed food was decent, but having whole durian pieces would have been a nice bonus. Eating in Hong Kong is definitely convenient, and food safety is certainly guaranteed.
All the seafood is very fresh. The frozen shrimp is firm and springy, the salmon is rich and flavorful, and the chef prepares sushi on the spot, with different varieties each time, which is a pleasant surprise. The grilled steak is high quality, and the Korean braised beef is very tender. The soup is just okay. 80% of the desserts are durian-flavored. The durian French toast was so good, I had several servings, and you can add durian puree yourself. The durian croissant and pineapple bun were soggy, but they were generously filled and delicious. However, the durian mille-feuille cake was terrible, and the grilled cheese durian wasn't good either. There are three flavors of Haagen Dazs cup ice cream. Drinks include coffee, tea, and juice, all you can drink. Overall, the buy-one-get-one-free deal is really great value.
My friend and I celebrated our birthdays, which are in the same month. We booked an afternoon tea buffet. The theme was durian, with many durian-based dishes and desserts. The most popular item seemed to be the durian puree, as there was always a line whenever I passed by. Other food items were also very fresh and constantly refilled. The hotel restaurant was exceptionally clean. When reconfirming the booking, I might have mentioned it was for a birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully surprised us with a small cake. The staff also proactively offered to take our picture. This was a happy and satisfying experience.
Mira Yamm Brunch Buffet is our top choice. Restaurant environment: bright and comfortable. The food is fresh and has a wide variety, including baked lobster 🦞, cold seafood platters, oysters, steak, shark fin and bird's nest soup, sushi and sashimi, etc. There's also unlimited champagne, awesome 👍🏻. I love the cakes and desserts, they are very delicious. We have patronized this restaurant many times and always enjoy it very much. Thumbs up!
We enjoyed lunch at The Mira again. The chilled seafood selection seemed simpler this time, featuring large shrimp, whelks, blue mussels, regular mussels, and small clams (the clams were really tiny). There weren't any more premium chilled seafood options like abalone, king crab, or bread crab. However, the char siu (BBQ pork), Hainanese chicken, and Peking duck from the roasted meats section were quite good. For sashimi, they had tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and herring. The hand-rolled sushi was nice, and the grilled ox tongue from the robatayaki was tasty. The shrimp and chicken wings were also good, and the roasted beef was decent. For around $300 per person, the price was fair. There were also many dessert options, including durian parfait and all-you-can-eat Häagen-Dazs ice cream.
I've lost count of how many times I've been here. The Chinese food is perfect for seniors, with options like stone pot seafood congee, soup dumplings, dim sum, Hainanese chicken rice, Peking duck, and steamed rice. For Western options, there's roast beef and lamb chops. The cold seafood selection includes conch, clams, and crab legs.
Subject: Graduation Dinner Celebration The food quality was excellent, the seafood was very fresh and varied, and the environment was comfortable. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I especially want to commend the staff for their excellent and polite service. They were quick to change plates. I'd like to give a special thank you to a tall gentleman with black-rimmed glasses. Our initial table was too windy, and we wanted to move. He immediately helped us arrange another spot and even carried two large bouquets of flowers to the new table. His service was incredibly thoughtful and absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 We were very satisfied and happy with our meal that evening.
