The location is hard to find but the process to redeem is convenient .
The place was clean and sanitary. Staff were easy to deal with and very polite. Everything was very upfront. If you bring the filled up CIF Form with you, it will take less than 15 minutes to finish everything. I went on a sunday and there was free parking behind the building!
We need a rush appoinment to get swab, we are lucky that we got tested the next day after we booked through here. It was fast and convenient. Thank you so much klook!

We’ve been using this for a few times already. Everything is seamless! Also, if you have concerns, you can contact them. E.g. They weren’t able to send the test as scheduled, might be an oversight. But as soon as I was able to reach them, they sent it immediately!
Plugging "Singapore Diagnostics" on Ortigas Avenue in Greenhills if you need a lab-based antigen test for international travel. They also have a lab in Makati. Swabbing took less than 5 minutes. Got the results online in less than 30 minutes. You can ask for a print-out too.
Klook is the best app I can book anything, and with regards to Singapore Diagnostics, they are so organized, friendly and fast. Recently they do not accept walk-ins due to volume of people who wish to be tested. Better book an appointment ahead of time and still you need to queue for your turn. You must be there earliest possible time to avoid long queues.
The shows are great! The dolphins are amazing! We loved the sea lion show! :)
It was a smooth transaction. The place was clean and spacious. Arm chairs were available for when we needed to fill up the form. The staff were nice and easy to talk to, as well. We were done in a few minutes.
