We had a wonderful stay at The Manila Hotel! The staff were very warm, respectful, accommodating, and kind. The place felt homely and comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The only issue was that the TV wasn’t working properly, but other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended! ❤️

The team was very understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to assist me with the changes. They patiently explained the options available and did everything they could to help make the rebooking process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist. It was reassuring to know that the hotel genuinely cared about helping their guests, even when unexpected circumstances required changes to the reservation. Thank you to everyone at The Manila Hotel for your excellent customer service and for making the whole process much easier for me. Your assistance and understanding are greatly appreciated. I highly recommend The Manila Hotel, not only for its beautiful property and excellent service, but especially for having such a caring and accommodating team. I look forward to staying with you again! ❤️
