We booked this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and it was such a wonderful choice. It’s a relaxing place right in the city, perfect for a quick escape and quality time together. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were all very accommodating and welcoming. The food was also great and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly had a lovely experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Kuya Gavino the parking attendant who is very helpful in assisting on our luggages and guide us on the direction of the school wherein my daughter took her board exam. My friends and I had an awesome stay at Heroes Hotel. It’s my first time booking a room through Klook and I was worried if they received my appointment so, I send a message through FB chat and gladly it was confirmed. We check-in 5pm and check-out at 12nn cause we are late from the 2pm schedule. Anyways, I enjoyed our breakfast at the Heritage restaurant ‘cause, it’s been a while since I was in a fine dining, and their service is exquisite. Moreover, the gym, sauna, and game room is in the same room, in my opinion I don’t trust their gym equipment so I didn’t try. It is not that spacious if guests will visit at once using all functions. Lastly, we had the pool from 8pm to 10pm and the water is warm. The over looking view of the city from the roof deck is fine we even get to watch fireworks. When it was time to go, I waited at the lobby for my GSM to pick me up cause it was so hot to wait outside but the AC is also not turned on. Overall the place is still good and accommodating.
