The tour guide was very friendly and provided detailed explanations. The children had the opportunity to feed small animals up close, which was a lot of fun! Ticket verification was also very convenient; simply show the QR code.

Since no one else in our group was there, we went on a tour for just the two of us. Our guide, a grandfather, explained in English at a level that was easy to understand, so we were able to touch and feed the animals without difficulty. It was a very satisfying tour. I highly recommend it if you go to Rotorua!!
