The staff are not very nice. Luggage can be placed at the front desk. The various activities are also very exciting, but it is a pity that we cannot take the banana boat trip in the snowy field. You can only ride on the snow rubber boat three times. Four-wheel off-road vehicles + mini snowmobiles can be played unlimited times.

Nice place for kids and sports-savvy adults to have some snow fun. The staff are very attentative and friendly. Only issue for me was i was planning to get on the shuttle bus from Chitose JR station, but there was no information on how the bus looks like or where on the Jr station to catch it, so on the supposed timing the bus is no where to be seen at the station. i ended up using a taxi instead, paid around 15000 Yen to get there.

A park that is very suitable for the whole family to have fun. It mainly has four services: four-wheeled vehicles, sleds, banana boats and slides. Except for the banana boat, which has a limited number of times, all other services are free to play. It is worth recommending

Very nice place for family fun with kids, it is easy to go with free North Snow Land free shuttle bus from JR station. Ticket redeem process is easy.

You can use it directly at the counter, and redeeming tickets is very convenient and fast.

We bought an all-you-can-drink package, but when we arrived at the destination, we learned that some activities were closed for TT, so we only played about four rides that day, and couldn't play the banana boat we were looking forward to... But the advantage here is that there are not too many people. It’s a great place to play in the snow and take photos!
