• 🎟️ [Ticket Only Option] includes one-day admission to GHOST Festival only and does not include shuttle transportation or any other services. Please collect your ticket at Ticket Booth No. 2 – TOURSTORY Ticket Booth from 11:00 AM–1:30 PM on the festival day.
• One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email,please check your spam or junk mail section.
• Please be sure to wait at the starting point 10 minutes before departure time. If you are late for boarding time, you cannot get a refund.
• Please contact our customer service team regarding bringing luggage, as it depends on the bus size for your tour day. We recommend contacting us after 10 AM KST, one day before your tour date.
• Vehicles are assigned according to the number of people on the day of the tour and are not personally available.
• Festival Performance: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Re-entry is permitted on the same day as long as the admission wristband remains attached. A security check may be required upon re-entry.
• Only mobile phones may be used for photography and video recording.
• Professional cameras, DSLR cameras, telephoto lenses, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks and other professional filming equipment are not permitted.
• Unauthorized live streaming and commercial photography or filming are prohibited.
• Restricted items may be denied entry or required to be stored outside the venue.
• Operating policies may change depending on the organizer’s instructions and on-site conditions.
• Itinerary is subject to traffic, weather and organizer arrangements.
• If you need traveler's insurance, please prepare it individually. However, each transportation used during the travel schedule is covered by damage insurance.
