Odate City also reminds that the schedule for Akita dogs visible at various facilities may change temporarily.
• Please keep quiet during your visit. Do not tap on the glass, startle the Akita dogs, or engage in any behavior that might cause stress to the dogs.
• The actual content of the visit and the exhibition status of Akita dogs are subject to the facility's arrangements on the day.
• Vehicle type: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. When a small group travels, a driver who also serves as an escort will be arranged to provide full travel services. No additional tour leader will be assigned, and a Japanese-speaking driver will be used. Communication will be conducted using a translation device. Please be aware of this.

• Participants are advised dress appropriately for this activity (long pants, long-sleeved shirt or scarf to cover shoulders, and closed shoes)
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• For smooth entry, please refrain from wearing flip flops, shorts, tank tops, or sleeveless shirts
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Tickets can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
