• This tour does not provide separate notification of the meeting time and location. Please arrive promptly at 08:35 on the day of the tour at [Naha Prefectural Office (opposite BLUE SEAL Kumoji store)]. Please look for a tour guide holding an Easygo flag or wearing an Easygo vest to check in, and present your reservation name or reservation number. Those who fail to arrive on time will be considered to have forfeited their participation, and no refunds will be given.
• In case of any emergency on the day (e.g., passenger late, not boarding the vehicle within the designated meeting time, etc.), customer service staff will call the phone number provided by the passenger. Please ensure your phone is accessible. If the itinerary is affected due to an inability to contact you by phone, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture, and no refund will be issued.
• Infants aged 0-5 years old are free and do not occupy a seat. Each adult may bring a maximum of one free infant; a child fee will be charged for the second infant.
• If you wish for children aged 0-5 to have a seat, a child fee will be charged. Please reserve a child ticket.
• On the day of the event, please strictly adhere to the meeting times at each attraction as instructed by the tour guide. No waiting for latecomers.
• Please understand that the visiting and arrival times for each attraction may vary depending on the weather and traffic conditions on the day.
• If you plan to take a flight or have other arrangements on the day of the event, please manage your time accordingly. Our company will not be held responsible for any delays in dismissal time due to traffic jams or other reasons.
• The vehicles used are generally large buses with 45-49 standard seats, and the size of the bus will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group. For groups of 9 people or less, a 10-seater vehicle will be arranged, with a Chinese-speaking driver also serving as the tour leader. Please understand that detailed explanations cannot be provided.
• Please do not eat or drink in the car.
• For groups wishing to be arranged on the same bus, please book under the same order.

[Water Park Precautions]

• Individuals with the following health conditions are not permitted to participate in the water park (if found ineligible on the day, participation will be refused and no refund will be given): pregnant or potentially pregnant individuals, those with hangovers or who have consumed alcohol, those currently undergoing treatment or regular check-ups under a doctor's instructions, those currently taking regular medication, those with a history of respiratory system-related illnesses (such as asthma, pediatric asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, tuberculosis, pneumothorax, etc.), those with a history of circulatory system-related illnesses (such as angina, heart disease, arrhythmia, cerebral infarction, stroke, high blood pressure, etc.), those with a history of diabetes, and epilepsy patients.
• Children aged 6 to under 12 must be accompanied by an adult to use all facilities (each adult may accompany a maximum of 2 children under 12). *Accompanying adults also need to purchase tickets for admission.
• Children aged 0-5 are not permitted to use the water park, but may play on the beach accompanied by an adult, and no admission fee is required.
• If the water park ceases operation due to force majeure factors such as unfavorable sea conditions, the itinerary will be changed to Neo Park Okinawa, including admission tickets, without further notice. We appreciate your understanding.
• Free showers and changing rooms are provided.
• Participants expected to attend the water park, please bring: a change of clothes, swimwear, slippers, towels, drinking water, etc.
• Please do not bring beach shoes (diving boots), snorkels, swimming rings, etc.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
