• To avoid delays for your next departure, please be sure to arrive at the designated location 15 minutes in advance. Late arrival will be considered an automatic forfeiture, and no refunds will be issued.
• This itinerary does not include lunch. We recommend you dine at the Sapporo Central Wholesale Market Curb Market on your own.
• If you experience motion sickness or seasickness, please prepare in advance to avoid affecting your pleasant journey.
• Infants aged 0-2 who do not occupy a seat are free, but this must be communicated in advance to avoid being refused by the driver due to vehicle overcrowding.
• Please keep your phone on during the trip so that the tour guide or staff can contact you in a timely manner.
• Please take good care of your personal belongings and try not to carry valuables; you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
• The journey is long. If you encounter traffic jams, please wait patiently. Our company is not responsible for any subsequent costs incurred due to delays caused by traffic jams. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
