Our third day with Jack and he always managed to find something to top our day. Just as we thought we are finishing at 6 PM at TeamLab, Jack managed to squeeze in Musical fountain at Aquacity, with amazing background of Tokyo Bay!

Our day two with Jack was a breeze. Nothing was too much trouble for Jack. He looked after us really well, play and entertained our little ones like a big brother. My youngest forgot the phone he was playing with at Onitsuka Tiger, we only found out when we were at dinner and we couldn’t go back to get it as we had to go to Sumo Show right after. Jack was happy to go retrieve it for us. He saved day 2 again!

Jack is amazing! We missed our transfer from Narita to hotel due to long queue at immigration. The taxi we prebooked left us so we were stranded, with family of 7, that was a stressful experience. We we supposed to meet Jack at the hotel to start our day tour at 10 AM. I informed Jack we missed our transfer and he came to pick us up from Narita, then on to our tour directly from there. He really saved our day!
