- Without violating local road safety laws, if the itinerary exceeds the scheduled time due to force majeure factors such as heavy rain, heavy snow, traffic jams, or traffic accidents, the driver-guide has the right to adjust, change, or cancel sightseeing arrangements based on the time available.
- If the customer is late, resulting in overtime, the late customer should pay the driver/guide directly according to local overtime fee rules.
- If the activity vendor is not open for activities during the itinerary, this itinerary assumes no responsibility.
Prohibitions & Limitations
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
- Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
- It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
- Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility

- You'll get confirmation within 48 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
- Partial refund rules: 1. Refunds are available at any time before the group is formed. After the group is formed, a 5% fee will be deducted 15-29 days before departure, a 30% fee will be deducted 7-14 days before departure, and a 100% fee will be deducted 0-6 days before departure. 2. In the event of overtime caused by force majeure factors during the trip, such as heavy rain, heavy snow, traffic jams, or traffic accidents, and without violating local road safety laws, our company's driver-guide has the right to adjust, change, or cancel sightseeing arrangements based on the time. 3. If the customer is late, resulting in overtime, the late customer should pay the driver-guide directly according to the local overtime fee rules. 4. If the activity vendor for any activities in the itinerary is not open, this itinerary will not bear any responsibility.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 20 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund

- This activity has no age limit
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- Small group: Children over 0 years old and adults pay the same price. Large group: 0-3 years old are free, 4-14 years old pay child price, and those 15 years and older pay adult price.
- Small groups form with 9 people, large groups with 25 people. If the minimum number of participants is not met, you may apply to reschedule the activity or receive a full refund.
