One-person group tour from Osaka: Katsuo-ji Temple & Kyoto Miyama Thatched Village & Arashiyama Nonomiya Shrine One-Day Tour

Our tour guide was absolutely amazing, providing explanations in both Chinese and English, and taking great care of us! Katsuo-ji Temple was incredibly charming! You can see cute Daruma dolls everywhere, and you can also buy them at the gift shop and place them wherever you like. It's a must-visit! Arashiyama was also great for exploring! I highly recommend trying the honey ice cream! The travel time to each location was about an hour, so you can catch up on sleep in the car. The overall itinerary didn't include meal times, so everyone needs to find their own food.

Had a great time, the service was excellent, it was a group tour but not restrictive, the schedule was reasonable, the itinerary wasn't rushed, and there was enough free time at each spot. The Ine boathouses were really quiet and full of life, and Miyama was more untouched than I expected. The tour guide was very professional, explained things clearly and patiently, and clearly explained the meeting points and times. The day was not tiring but very fulfilling. Highly recommended for those who want to easily see the scenery and don't want to bother with the route themselves.

It was a great experience. The driver was very thoughtful and considerate. Since it was raining heavily when we left that day, he proactively asked everyone where they would like to be dropped off. If it was convenient and on the way, he would arrange for us to get off there. Because I live near Shinsaibashi, he said he would be passing by and could drop me off nearby. Thank you! She guided us through all three locations, especially at Katsuo-ji Temple, where she led us through collecting stamps at all six points so we could successfully get the beautiful Daruma postcard. I highly recommend this day trip; it allows you to quickly visit three places and hear professional explanations of the attractions from a tour guide.

Hassle free tour, received tour information prior to actual day, driver was good and I had plenty of time capturing good moments at each destination. Will prefer a better vehicle as the HiAce Van seats are a little too crampy, but other than that all is good.

Participated in this Katsuo-ji Temple tour, and the overall experience was fantastic. The kids had a great time collecting Daruma stamps. I saw the photos of spring, summer, autumn, and winter displayed inside Katsuo-ji Temple, which were very beautiful, and I'm sharing them for everyone's reference. A highly recommended trip.
