- Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point before the departure time. To ensure the experience of all members, the bus will depart on time. Latecomers will be regarded as giving up automatically, and the fee will not be refunded.
- In the event of force majeure such as extremely bad weather or severe traffic jams at Asarigawa Ski Resort, we will automatically adjust to Teine Ski Resort to ensure the smooth progress of the trip without further notice. Thank you for your understanding.
- Heavy snowfall in Hokkaido may affect the efficiency of the ropeway operation, reduce the available time, or require advanced skiing skills (such as braking, controlling turns) to ride. Please be aware and follow the on-site arrangements.
- The professional ski suits provided by our store mainly function as waterproof and windproof and do not have thermal insulation and cold protection effects. They cannot replace warm clothing such as down jackets.
- Please confirm that you do not have diseases such as heart disease or high blood pressure that are not suitable for strenuous exercise. When skiing, you must be under the guidance of a coach and move in the designated area. It is strictly forbidden to enter advanced roads or dangerous areas without permission.
- Please use the rented ski equipment properly. If there is any intentional damage, you will have to pay compensation at the price. Please take care of your personal belongings. It is recommended to rent a locker (at your own expense). Please carry valuables with you.
- We have purchased basic accident insurance for you. It is recommended that you purchase travel accident insurance with a wider coverage and higher coverage amount according to your own needs to obtain more comprehensive protection.
- To facilitate you to flexibly prepare equipment according to your personal habits, please be aware that the cost of this trip includes snowboards and ski boots, but does not include ski goggles, helmets, ski suits (clothing and pants) and gloves. If you need these equipment, you can rent them on-site at the ski resort rental counter as needed. The rental fee for each piece of equipment is 1,000 yen. We had a wonderful day with coaches Chen and Meggie. They were incredibly kind, patient, and detail-oriented, and took great care of us. Excellent experience, both Andy and Maggie are so passionate and patient to teach us the beginners. I have zero experience and was able to skii after half a day of lessons. Travelling to the skii resort was comfortable, on SUV.
We arrived in the morning at 8 am and were greeted by Maggy after choosing the appropriate sizes for ski clothing. The equipment is complete, but the helmet, ski goggles, and gloves are not included (you can bring your own if you have them, otherwise each item is rentable for 1000 yen). The car was comfortable and the instructor was very kind. She gave a lesson adapted to each of our levels, which allowed us all to progress and have a good day. It was a very beautiful day and we all enjoyed it immensely! The team also has a photo and video service in place, which allowed us to leave with great memories!!! We thank you for this day (thank you very much Maggy, the English-speaking instructor who accompanied us)!!
