What to expect
Step into a fully equipped ramen shop and dive into a 90-minute cooking experience that brings Japanese food culture to life. Start by making fresh noodles from flour, then sample four different soup bases—shio, shoyu, chicken paitan, and tonkotsu shoyu—before choosing your favorite.
Once your noodles are ready, try the signature “yugiri” (noodle draining) technique like a real ramen chef. Add your preferred toppings and complete your one-of-a-kind bowl of ramen—crafted entirely by you from start to finish.
