It was awesome. So much fun to take this class. Very nice and good explanation. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We want to recommend this to everyone.
Oanh was very good and accommodating! We had so much fun :)
i joined this cooking class as a birthday treat to myself. It looked like a private class because I was the only student who booked during that time. From squeezing a coconut, to exchanging conversations with Chef Oanh. This is surely one for the books. Although overwhelmed, I enjoyed every step it took to make two dishes. I am grateful for this experience. Chef Oanh, I hope you love the taste of Adobong Squid 🐙
I had a wonderful afternoon preparing all these dishes and then enjoying them! I truly recommend this activity, which allows you to discover Vietnamese cuisine in a new light, and also to bring these recipes back to France to treat my friends and family! ;) Special mention to Chef V, who was incredibly kind and patient with me!
The cooking class was fun and interesting. We made three dishes, all of which are tasty and easy to make. Our chef was very energetic and friendly, sharing a lot of fun facts behind the dishes we prepared. The activities mostly involved cutting, juicing coconut meat, pan-frying pork and toasting Bahn Mi over the stove. While most of the activities are basic, they were enough for learning easiest way to replicate these Vietnamese dishes at home.
Our teacher was lovely and kind. The English was easy to understand, and it was a lot of fun. All the dishes we made were excellent. I'll try making them when I return to Japan! And if I come to Vietnam again, I'd love to participate.
It was even better than I imagined. They taught me about the quality of the flavors and even told me about shops. I signed up on the last day, but I wish I had gone on the first day. I was able to learn authentic Vietnamese cuisine, and it was very beneficial!
Oahn our teacher was just amazing. Her instructions were clear n very generous in her sharing. Needless to say, we had the most delicious afternoon of our lives :)
My spouse and I experienced the Baiminmy cooking class for the first time during our trip to Ho Chi Minh City. The atmosphere of the classroom was bright and clean, and the instructor was friendly and taught us carefully. We learned the key points to make them well, and the fresh spring rolls and banh mi were very delicious and satisfying. We were able to have the experience of learning local cuisine as well as sightseeing, and my spouse and I had a great time.
