What to expect
Zao Onsen Ski Resort is Japan’s most iconic Tohoku ski resort, famous for its “Ice Monster” spectacle. We provide professional and attentive instruction services, allowing you to safely enjoy skiing while admiring the natural beauty. -Legally registered ski school -Chinese instruction -Small group private lessons; please order the corresponding course based on the number of participants. -Equipment can be rented directly at Skiing Now ski rental shop.
- Children aged 4-7 can only take one-on-one coaching lessons.
- The meeting point for lessons is: SkiingNow Ski Rental Shop - Zao Hall entrance.

Good to know
- Our customer service will contact you 1-2 days after you place your order. Please ensure that your email, LINE, WeChat, and WhatsApp do not block strangers.
- A maximum of four people can attend one class together.
- The ski equipment shop also offers ski clothing and protective gear for rent. Please bring your own gloves.
- Skiing carries certain risks. You need to purchase accident insurance yourself before class. Our school will assist injured guests as much as possible, but will not bear any responsibility.
- You can pick up equipment at the ski equipment shop the day before class, after 18:30. Rented equipment must be taken away.
- It is recommended to attend classes with participants of similar age and skill level to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
- If you do not arrive within one hour of the agreed time and there is no contact or notification, it will be considered a forfeiture of the class, and no refunds will be accepted; if the class time is delayed due to the student's own reasons (such as being late, unsuitable equipment), the student cannot request a make-up class or postpone the class.
