- Puffin watching occurs near Engey, Akurey, or Lundey. Landing is prohibited (Protected islands), but the boat sails close for great views

- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued

Meet-up information
- If you have not selected pickup, please proceed directly to the meeting point
- Make sure to arrive on time
- Arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time
- Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
- The ticket office is located at the Old Harbour and marked by red flags for easy identification. Please check in upon arrival and recieve your boarding card(s)
