Pick-up/Drop-off Locations and Itinerary Arrangements

• This itinerary defaults to pick-up and drop-off within Fukuoka city, with a service time of 10 hours.
• If pick-up/drop-off at different locations is required, the service time will be adjusted to 8 hours, and an empty vehicle fee will be charged: 14-22 Seater Vehicle: ¥5,000～¥10,000 (depending on the location) 22-49 Seater Vehicle: ¥10,000～¥25,000 (depending on the location)
• The itinerary can be customized with attractions and routes according to your needs, and the duration of stay at each attraction can be flexibly negotiated with the driver on the day.
• Admission tickets to attractions must be purchased by the traveler, and this activity fee does not include admission tickets.

Fees and Additional Items

• ETC highway fees and parking fees: Not included, to be paid by the traveler on the day based on actual expenses.
• Consecutive chartered days: An additional driver accommodation fee of ¥10,000/night is required.
• Over 300 kilometers: An additional fee of ¥200 per kilometer will be charged.

Overtime Usage:

• 10-22 Seater Vehicle: ¥10,000 per hour
• 22-49 Seater Vehicle: ¥20,000 per hour (Less than 1 hour will be calculated as 1 hour)

Child Seats and Special Needs

• The first child seat is provided free of charge, and a fee of ¥2,000 per seat will be charged for each additional seat.
• If you have wheelchair assistance or other special needs, please inform us in advance when booking so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

• Please take good care of your personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you. We are not responsible for any losses.
• If you need additional assistance or language services, please contact customer service in advance before departure to arrange.

Contact and Pre-Trip Information

• Customer service will contact you within 48 hours after you place your order to confirm the detailed itinerary.
• We will keep in touch with you through the contact information you provide (WhatsApp/WeChat/LINE), so please keep your communication channels open.
• Driver information (name, contact information, license plate number) will be provided by 18:00 (local time) on the evening of 2 days before departure.
