• Please note that the Hozugawa River boat ride boarding time will be adjusted to start from 13:00 during the winter season.
• Seat assignments are not available on the Sagano Scenic Railway.
• Due to the narrow walkways on the Sagano Scenic Railway, passengers using wheelchairs should make a note of it when registering.
• The Hozugawa River boat tour may be suspended due to weather or other factors. The rest of the itinerary for the day will proceed as planned. In the event of suspension, the platform will issue a partial refund for the boat ticket (not the official facility price) after the tour is completed. Thank you for your understanding. If the boat service is suspended, the refund amount will be: Adults: ¥4,000/person Children: ¥3,000/person Please contact the registration platform for a system refund. At that time, you will take the JR train back to "JR Saga-Arashiyama Station" instead, and you will be responsible for the related expenses.
• The Kyoto horse-drawn carriage experience may be temporarily suspended due to rest days, inclement weather, or the health of the horses. If it is suspended, the Kyoto horse-drawn carriage fee will be refunded: Adults: ¥1,500/person Children: ¥900/person. Please contact the platform you used to register for a refund. At that time, you will instead use public transportation to get to the Hozugawa boarding point, and you will be responsible for the related transportation expenses.
• Please keep your valuables with you. The operator is not responsible for any loss.
• This itinerary mainly provides Chinese explanations. There are English, Japanese, and Korean speaking staff. If needed, please indicate this when placing your order. • If you do not arrive by the meeting time, you will be considered absent and no refund will be given. Please be sure to confirm the meeting location in advance and arrive on time.
• Please note that if a child's height does not meet the requirements on the day of departure, resulting in the inability to board, neither the person unable to board nor their accompanying travelers will be eligible for a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
• If you are late or unable to participate in the itinerary due to delays in your own transportation, you will be charged 100% of the fee.
• Due to factors such as traffic/weather conditions, the time spent at attractions may be shortened, and the order of some itineraries may be adjusted.

Cancellation policy

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

• If you cancel the booking between booking confirmation to 4 day(s) before participation time, a 0% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking 4 day(s) before participation time or later, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking after participation time, 100% cancellation fee will be charged

• If the number of participants suddenly decreases to below the minimum group size within 3 days before departure, the organizer may still contact you to process a full refund and cancel the activity, or negotiate a rescheduling.
