Reviews
Kanna and her partner were amazing. You could tell they were the owners and really cared for the sushi making process. they gave us great insight into the process and history. Kanna’s stories were also wonderful about her childhood and trip to the USA. The beautiful building has so much character and artisan influences throughout. The limited class size made it extra special. we also learned how to make makka (rolled sushi) which is a bonus from just the Nigiri style.
Kana and her husband were great! we loved the course & the small group! Big recommendation!!
