What to expect
- You can choose from three types of taxis, depending on the number of people in your group.
- You can book your preferred pick-up time between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
- This is a 3-hour plan including travel time, with about 2 hours to spend at Ginzan Onsen.
- Even in winter, when there are entry restrictions, this taxi plan is available without worries.
- The driver speaks only Japanese, but if you need any assistance, we can support you remotely via WhatsApp or other messaging apps.
Reviews
Transfer service is efficient and service provider has clear instructions. Ginzan Onsen itself, however, was a disappointment as it is really small and the buildings are not that impressive even when I stayed to catch it light up after dark. It's probably worth a stay or short visit for its charm if you're nearby, but not a long trip (I came from Yamagata).
The pickup driver had a name sign, making it easy to recognize them. The transfer to Ginzan Onsen was very convenient, saving time by not having to wait for a shuttle bus. I will book again next time. The driver was polite and friendly.
It was excellent. we had to change our arrival time and the response was quick and they were able to help us. the taxi driver was super nice, on time and just amazing service overall. Definitely recommend.
Mr. Sato, our driver, was lovely and provided excellent service. He was very friendly and conversational, and his pick-up and drop-off were punctual. If anyone is interested in visiting Ginzan Onsen to see it at night, I highly recommend this transfer service.

Good to know
- This is a private activity. Only your group will participate.
- Japanese-speaking Driver only. There is no English Guide or assistance arrangement. Please provide the name and age of each passenger.
- If you have luggage, let us know in advance. In some cases, not all luggage may fit in the taxi.
- Please make sure to specify your pick-up time at Oishida Station. (The departure time from Ginzan Onsen for the return trip cannot be specified; we will inform you of this time.) 【Choice of Vehicle types】
- Prius or Sienta: For 1–4 passengers
- Hiace: For 1–9 passengers,
- Large luggage (suitcases) cannot be stored. Please use the coin lockers or the luggage storage service at Oishida Station.
