【Kind Reminder】 •This itinerary defaults to departure from and return to Fukuoka, with a service duration of 10 hours. If you choose a different pick-up or drop-off location, the service duration will be 8 hours, and an additional empty car fee (¥5,000 to ¥10,000) will be charged. •The total daily travel distance must not exceed 300 kilometers, and the route should be reasonably planned to avoid backtracking. •Driver service hours are from 08:00 to 20:00. Overtime usage will incur additional charges, which must be paid to the driver in cash on site. •Service language: Chinese or Japanese drivers are assigned randomly, with Chinese drivers generally prioritized. •Vehicle selection and passenger recommendations (infants and young children are also counted as passengers): •7-seater business car: maximum 6 passengers + 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage •10-seater business car: maximum 9 passengers + 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage •14-seater business car: maximum 13 passengers + 6 pieces of 26-inch luggage •Coaster: maximum 18 passengers + 16 pieces of 26-inch luggage (if no luggage, auxiliary seats can be added, accommodating up to 22 passengers) •Luggage size recommendation is 24–28 inches. Please inform us in advance for oversized luggage or strollers; large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces. •To avoid overloading, please book an appropriate vehicle type based on the actual number of people and luggage. If the vehicle cannot carry all luggage due to excess, the additional costs incurred will be borne by the traveler. •Over-kilometer charge: If the total daily itinerary exceeds 300 kilometers, ¥400 per kilometer will be charged. •For consecutive bookings where accommodation is not in Fukuoka city, a driver accommodation subsidy of ¥10,000 per night is required. •Parking fees are to be paid by the traveler on site on the day of service, on a reimbursement basis. •Delays caused by traffic congestion, weather, or other force majeure events will still incur corresponding overtime charges. •After successful booking, please be sure to provide valid contact information (LINE/WhatsApp/WeChat) and enable the friend request function, so that the supplier can provide driver information 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before vehicle use). •On the day of departure, please wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance for driver pick-up.
