The museum not only preserves detailed information about the mining technology, tools and historical data of Otani Stone, but also allows visitors to visit the spectacular underground space covering an area of approximately 20,000 square meters and 30 meters deep. It consists of multiple facilities, including inflow facilities that draw water from various rivers, underground waterways for storing or diverting water, and drainage airports that discharge water to the ground. The entire system works together to prevent flood disasters, making it a world-class example of disaster prevention engineering. This time we have arranged a popular itinerary! Underground Temple Guided Tour: This guided tour takes you to visit the core facility, the “pressure regulating tank”.
