- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32in (length and width should be a total of 180cm), and cannot weigh more than 30kg
- Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack or bag (briefcase). Please note that sports equipment, wheelchairs, and other non-bag materials have to be under 100 x 100 cm
- Please do not keep prohibited items with airport regulations in the luggage

the luggage service was great. i am well assured that my luggage is taken care of and secured from hotel to airport. though the staff had a hard time contacting me to confirm the pick up (i already left the hotel early in the morning for the halong bay tour) they still manage to get the right luggage from my hotel 😊... just a reminder to those who will avail this, make sure that you have a proper tagging on your luggage or coordinate well to your hotel regarding the pick up.
I used it before Corona, but when I picked it up, I took a picture of my luggage and checked it. After checking out of the hotel, I walked around comfortably until I got on the early morning flight. I found my luggage at the airport ㅠㅠ I hope the service resumes.
