• 7-seater: Toyota Alphard or similar. Can accommodate up to 6 passengers (including children) + 2 standard-sized luggage pieces if child seats are not used.
• 10-seater: Toyota Hiace or similar. Can accommodate up to 9 passengers (including children) + 10 standard-sized luggage pieces if child seats are not used.
• 14-seater: Toyota Hiace or similar. Can accommodate up to 13 passengers (including children) + 6 standard-sized luggage pieces if child seats are not used.
• 22-seater: Toyota Coaster or similar. Can accommodate up to 21 passengers (including children) + 5 standard-sized luggage pieces if child seats are not used.
• Child seat requirements: Use of child seats is not mandatory.

• All transportation services are one-way. If you require round-trip service, please book the same service again.
• Vehicle images are for reference only. The supplier will randomly arrange vehicles of similar types but different brands based on vehicle availability and passenger circumstances at the time.
• Please make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your vehicle.
• Please note: To ensure a pleasant ride, please do not eat or drink in the vehicle.
• Please note: You must specify the pick-up time in advance. Changes are not allowed on the day of service.
• Please note: The driver will wait for 30 minutes free of charge. If you do not board the vehicle after 30 minutes, you will need to pay an overtime waiting fee of JPY 5,000 per hour.
• Please note: The driver does not speak English but can communicate and reply to messages through a translation application.
