[Tokyo Station] Shinkansen Ekiben Bento Box

Very Good. Food was tasty and even though I was late to collect the bento due to being in the wrong station at the time. They still allowed us to collect our boxes for later consumption.

the store was realitively busy compared to the amount of cashier's, so it took less than 5 minutes for the cashier to find my order, and then I was on my way onto the nozomi. Make sure to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before your train arrives in case the store is busy. it does come with chopsticks and wet wipes, it does not come with a drink so make sure to buy one either at the store or at a vending machine. It was very delicious, I bought this ekiben at half price but would still be satisfied had I bought it at full price

tried an ekiben (Shinkansen bento box) on my trip from Tokyo to Kyoto, and it was fantastic. The box was beautifully arranged with a variety of local flavors, including rice, pickles, meat, and vegetables. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned for the 2–3 hour journey. Eating while watching the scenery, especially Mount Fuji in the distance, made the experience extra special. It’s a fun and tasty way to enjoy Japanese culture on the train.

After booking the Shinkansen, I received a complimentary bento box worth around JPY 1,400. The redemption point was conveniently located and clearly marked. Just follow the signs to redeem it. If you can't find it, just ask the staff; they are very friendly and happy to help!

The instructions provided by Klook was clear to pick up the bento and board the Shinkansen. The charcoal grilled beef ribs bento tasted great while enjoying the view 😆

Easy to redeem from the store, and it's delicious. Pricewise is reasonable, would love to try the other varieties.

The staff was very courteous and offered me longer chopsticks since the ones that came with the bento box were too short! It was very helpful because the short chopsticks would have been difficult to use! They also had a wide variety of bento boxes for sale! The bento box was delicious, so I'd like to visit again!
