What to expect

In the morning, depart from downtown Chengdu and head to Wenshu Monastery. This is the most well-preserved Buddhist temple in Chengdu, with a serene environment and unique architectural style, perfect for taking photos. You can quietly feel the solemnity and tranquility of Buddhist culture here. Afterwards, head to the Temple of Marquis Wu (Wuhou Shrine). The Temple of Marquis Wu is a dedicated shrine commemorating Zhuge Liang and the origin of the Three Kingdoms relics, with a very well-preserved architectural complex. Here, you can gain an in-depth understanding of the Three Kingdoms culture and feel Zhuge Liang’s spirit of “dedicating himself to the task until his dying day.” Afterwards, arrive at Jinli Ancient Street. Jinli is a quaint commercial street full of ancient charm, blending Three Kingdoms culture and Chengdu folk customs. Here, you can buy characteristic handicrafts and souvenirs, and enjoy a unique shopping experience (at your own expense). Finally, head to Kuanzhai Alley (Wide and Narrow Alley). Kuanzhai Alley is a historical and cultural street in Chengdu, consisting of three parallel ancient streets: Kuan Alley (Wide Alley), Zhai Alley (Narrow Alley), and Jing Alley (Well Alley), full of the flavor of old Chengdu. You can stroll here and experience the leisurely life of Chengdu. After the tour, a private car will take you back to your hotel in downtown Chengdu.
