• During the tour, you may encounter traffic congestion or early closure of attractions. The supplier will adjust the itinerary based on the actual situation, and your understanding is appreciated. For example, if the cable car cannot be used due to weather conditions, we may visit Atami Castle or replace it with other alternative scenic spots. The tour guide and driver will do their best to provide you with quality service.
• If the Atami Fireworks Festival is canceled due to bad weather, we will contact you one day in advance. Please ensure that your communication software is available during your trip to Japan. No refunds will be given for cancellations or lateness caused by failure to contact you. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. Cancellation notices will be sent by email 5 days before departure. In the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made one day before departure as to whether to cancel, and you will be notified by email.
• We recommend wearing light clothing and shoes, and bringing warm clothing and rain gear as needed.
• The itinerary is for reference only. Traffic conditions are unpredictable, so please avoid scheduling other activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
• No refunds or rescheduling will be provided due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather that prevent participation in the tour or affect the scenery. The itinerary or duration of stay at each attraction may be adjusted due to factors such as traffic or facility maintenance. No refunds will be given if you abandon the itinerary for personal reasons during the trip.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. The tour does not provide intermediate transfers or joining points. You will be responsible for any losses incurred due to lateness or failure to participate.
• The restrooms in Atami are temporary toilets and may not have toilet paper, so please bring your own.
• If children under 3 years old need to occupy a seat, they need to purchase a ticket at the same price as an adult and make a note in advance.
