Reviews
Very fun and chill atmosphere! the cats are so cute, just be careful of an older gentleman thats very passionate about the care of the kitties🤣 (he WILL scold you). Also beware of cat pee😅. My wife stepped in a puddle that we couldnt see
Beautiful location inside and outside. I enjoyed my experience, although it was quite warm inside (I went during winter so I had layers), but I guess this is for the cats. I definitely would recommend buying the cat food as the cats don’t really come up to you if you don’t have any food.
A really awesome cat cafe - really cute and situated with a little area with other cat themed shops and cafes. Definitely worth seeing if you love cat cafes and have been to others, it's next level. Just be aware that it is a bit of a journey on the train via metro and/or JR lines, about 45 from central Tokyo. Kichijoji area is worth visiting, lots of other nice artisan shops and restaurants around.
This place is like a cat castle! It's very cat-friendly, with plenty of space and holes for them to move around, rest, and hide. The cats all seem healthy, friendly, and comfortable. After just one day apart, I already miss the cats there. Upon entering, you'll be assigned a specific table, but everyone leaves their belongings and walks around the first and second floors, looking for cats in every possible nook and cranny. The staff is very friendly and provides clear explanations, helping guests understand and distinguish the different cat personalities. There's no time limit once you're inside, so you can stay all day. It's great that you can make reservations on Klook! I entered on Sunday at 12:30 noon, and when I left at 3:15 pm, the cafe was full!
Was a really great experience. Maybe you should choose an earlier time, we were there around 4-5 pm and it was pretty busy, which was probably also stressful for the cats.
the staff was very helpful and kind, everything is written in English as well, so it’s easy to know how everything works there! if you love cats, definitely go there.
Great experience for the family (2 adults, 2 children, 10 and 8 years old). Easy walk from the station, prompt check in. Spent about 1.5 hours inside with the cats and enjoying a drink and some chips. All instructions also available in English. Recomment buying some of the special cat treats to increase the interaction. Overall recommended.
beautiful scenery very friendly cats that were comfortable with you after about 30 minutes in the room with them and very nice food and drinks
very fun experience, if u want to be surrounded by the cats I reccomend getting some of the cat treats
The cats were cute, but they seemed tired. Also, don't buy tickets from here. You can buy them for 1,900 yen directly from the official source. Buying through Klook is too expensive. It was disappointing. There weren't many English-speaking staff, so perhaps the tourists didn't fully understand, as they left their seats while eating. There's a chance the cats might eat your food if you don't finish it first.
