When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is placed?
Your booking will be confirmed within minutes, and you will receive a confirmation email from the platform. The driver information and car plate number will be provided to customers 1 day before the participation date from 18:00 to 2 hours before the participation time, please check your email or messaging apps(WhatsApp/Line/Wechat).
What languages does the driver speak?
The driver can speak Chinese or Japanese. They do not speak English but can reply to customers via a translator device.

- According to Japan law, all children aged 0-6 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children

Thirteen people are going on a self-guided tour to Osaka. They've chartered a 14-seater minivan to visit Arashiyama in the suburbs, Kyoto's Kinkaku-ji Temple, and Nara's Todai-ji Temple. They can freely decide how long to stay at each attraction, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable trip.
Driver was early. We have little to no issue with our experience apart from some locations we went can’t stop vehicles which we need to find places that we can be dropped off/picked up. Chartering vehicle makes big group of 14 easier for further locations.
Mr. Ma our driver was a very kind and thoughtful person. He reminded us about the cold weather the day before our trip. He also gave us advices about our trip plan. And it really went smoothly. We finished just in time. Totally worth it! Thank you so much
The driver was very good! Arrive at the hotel half an hour before your appointment and wait, and the geographical location will be briefly explained before you arrive at the attraction. A 21-seater vehicle was just right for our family of 15 people. It was very comfortable and convenient! Highly recommended!
We used a chartered car service on a Saturday in July. The car company's contact person was excellent and accommodated our itinerary requests. Since we had elderly individuals with us, we fell behind schedule after the second stop. They kindly suggested whether we wanted to adjust our plans, and the driver was very polite! It's worth noting that if you have elderly people and a group of ten or more, it's best to split into two or three smaller cars for your itinerary. In Japan, smaller cars can use narrow roads, but large buses are not permitted on certain roads and alleys.
