Choose from 4 types of ramen, from broths made of soy sauce, chicken and even clams. Torch chashu, prepare toppings, cut eggs with thread, and boil noodles to perfection. Reviews
super fun class with Shu. it was a treat to be able to prepare and cook ramen in a real ramen shop. it's a great way to spend an hour in Osaka. Shu speaks English very well and he is a great host. We had a great time with him and it's something my son will remember very well.
I really like ramen so I booked this class to see what the process is like from start to finish. Shu did such an amazing job explaining background information on ramen, the types of broth, and many other time consuming processes that go into making ramen the special dish that it is. He even gave a little insight into his own personal life, which was heartwarming and inspirational. I definitely recommend booking this experience with Shu because it is not only informative but also very fun. He puts a lot of effort into making the class as best as it can be, so it is worth supporting a local businessman like Shu.
What a great experience! Shu-san is very kind and funny and explained everything in detail! The whole experience is easy to follow and you get to try to build your ramen. The broth is already made since it takes many hours to make, and it tasted amazing! One of the best I’ve had! I definitely recommend this class.
We had the absolute pleasure of joining Shu in Osaka for a ramen making experience, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. We were lucky enough to have a class with just the two of us, which made it feel really special. Shu was warm, funny, and incredibly enthusiastic. He even taught himself English a few years ago! He walked us through the process of making his signature ramen step by step and kindly offered to record both of us while we cooked so we could really enjoy the moment. Afterwards, we sat down to enjoy our dishes, along with a few drinks. It was such a fun and authentic part of our Japan trip. Thank you, Shu, for sharing your passion and welcoming us into your shop. Highly recommend!
This was such an amazing experience. Shu was so accomodating, and so was his family. It was so cool to get behind the kitchen counter and learn how he cooks and prepares the ramen. The ramen itself was one of the best I’ve eaten whilst being in Japan, but topping it off with the experience and the class, that pushes it to #1.
My husband and I had a great time! We got to learn about the different components to ramen, and got to help with cooking our own dishes. Great customer service from both staff. Definitely glad we got to tick this experience off our bucket list - highly recommend!
Very fun and an experience! Owner and his family were super nice and welcoming. They speak pretty good english which was great as well. the ramen itself was great as well id come back to just eat the ramen. Highly recommend please support their bussiness!
This was the highlight of our trip. We learned about the process of making ramen, the various types of soups popular in Japan, and were taught how to make two types of ramen soups. The owner’s English is amazing. He is extremely personable and dedicated to his craft, and had spent 12 hours making the soup base overnight before our 9:30am class.
I booked a ramen making class on Klook 🍜🧑🏻🍳🫶🏻 It was a great experience~~It lasted about an hour! The boss Shu is very warm and friendly, a very nice person, and can communicate in English! The explanation is very detailed✨ You can eat the ramen right after cooking! Chicken white soup ramen is delicious! recommend!
i booked this experience as a gift for my boyfriends birthday during our japan trip, and we had such a fun time! it was great to learn the process and our host was super entertaining and engaging. we were really inspired to try cooking our own ramen at home based on his advice and tips. just 4 people for the session and we each got individual time in the kitchen. and the ramen tasted DELICIOUS - one of the best ramen dishes i’ve ever eaten.
