Shenzhen Nanshan Mercure Shenzhen Bay Hotel Accommodation Package

The hotel rooms and corridors are rated 4 stars, but the view and restaurant are rated 3 stars. There are not enough seats in the restaurant, and the waiter did not take a seat. Guests are only asked to find a seat by themselves. The food quality is okay, but the food replenishment is too slow, so the meal does not appear intermittently. There were situations where there was no or too little food on the plate, and the WIFI reception in the room and restaurant was so poor that I couldn’t even access my own data card. I hope the hotel can make improvements.

1. The hotel is not close to the subway station, more than ten minutes' walk. 2. There are chairs and tables outside the door for people to smoke, so they entered the hotel only after smelling the smell. 3. The breakfast variety is good. 4. The bathroom is completely inhumane, there is no place to put towels and clothes. 5. The second floor of the hotel leads to the foot bath shop - Meizi Leisure

The cleanliness of the room was poor, fruit cores were found in the bathroom, and the towels were torn. The front desk was notified and requested to be processed and replaced, but nothing was done. The breakfast was of average quality and food replenishment was very slow. The WIFI in the restaurant was very weak and frequently disconnected. The quality of the hotel is completely below the 4-star level. I will definitely not stay here again.
