The hotel buffet experience was excellent overall. The staff were polite, attentive, and responsive, proactively helping to clear used dishes. The food stations were replenished promptly, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. From seating to dining, the service was impeccable throughout, making for a very pleasant meal. Leo at the front desk was very helpful with check-in, making the trip wonderful. I will definitely return and use the Klook platform again. Check-in: Thanks to front desk staff member, Ms. Pu, for being very professional and quickly completing the check-in procedures and arranging a room upgrade. The service was attentive, friendly, and polite. Room: Clean, spacious, and overall comfortable. Dining: The buffet dinner was rich, with hot pot, a variety of seafood, lamb chops, grilled fish, and more. They also served hairy crabs, which were very delicious. Breakfast was very disappointing, with simple and ordinary choices, making it relatively inferior. Overall satisfaction (except for breakfast), reasonable value for money.

Transportation: Right outside the hotel is Zhongshan Park Station, and there are also cross-border buses directly to and from Hong Kong. Breakfast: Delicious hotel breakfast with a wide variety of options. Service: The staff are friendly and polite, making the overall value for money extremely high.

The room was clean, and the front desk and restaurant staff were polite. The breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful and delicious. It's very convenient to get to Nantou Ancient City and Dou Shan Park.

The room was tidy, and the dinner buffet at night was more extensive than expected. There was fresh sashimi, unlimited red and white wine, beer, and soda, as well as mini hot pots, lamb chops, and pan-fried fish. The staff also periodically offered special dishes. Breakfast was standard. The pool was a bit odd as it wasn't managed by the hotel, so there were swimming classes and other people, making it quite crowded.

The hotel's location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the service is warm and attentive. It's conveniently located for getting around, and the soundproofing is good, so I slept very soundly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We were celebrating a birthday on this trip, and the hotel arranged a birthday cake and room decorations, and even upgraded our room. We are extremely grateful.
